PTA

The ISL Parent Teacher Association (PTA) provides a vital and friendly link between parents and the school. As well as creating an important sense of community, the PTA provides much-needed practical and moral support for new and existing parents.

All parents of children currently attending the school are automatically members of the PTA, as are all the school staff.

The group meets once a month and provides a place to discuss ideas and concerns, including a positive line of communication with the school leadership team.

You’ll discover the PTA class and language representatives, who are here to introduce newly-arrived families to the wider ISL community and help with day-to-day life inside and outside school.

Our representatives help to organise a wide range of school events and social activities. This bustling diary of events makes the school a warm and welcoming place for all our students and parents and also promotes social responsibility among our students.

There’s an interesting and welcoming group of clubs for parents too, including book clubs, cooking clubs, culture club, tube club, pub evenings and coffee mornings.
