Artistic skills using charcoal

Grades 7 and 8 have been studying how to draw people. This investigation has dealt with proportions, volume and looking at other artist's work. This week students have begun to draw using charcoal and at A3 size and the whole class has developed their skills drawing people. This drawing, by Olivia G8, is a particularly successful work in my opinion for this age group.
