Middle School Residential Trips 2024

Our Middle School (MYP) students made a splash at their residential trips across the UK last week! From Grades 6 to 10, they set off to stay in a variety of great locations including the Peak District, York, Derbyshire, Gloucestershire and Devon. For their "Week Without Walls" they experienced wonderful weather for all their outdoor activities that included river dipping, orienteering, creating nature art, kayaking, archery, walks and many other team building sessions.

The residentials are designed to provide students with an enriching experience that blends education, adventure and cultural immersion, and are a valuable opportunity for our students to learn, grow and enjoy themselves in a safe and supportive outdoor environment. It was a fantastic week during which many new friendships were made and bonds were formed that will endure throughout the students' time at ISL.
