Mindful meditation and stretching to start the day

Grade 3W love starting every day with our Morning Meeting. We 'greet' each other in creative ways, 'share' our opinions on a topic, then participate in an 'activity'. This week we loved Mindful Meditation and Stretches outdoors. It is a great way to build our classroom community and get our bodies and brains ready for learning. #islwellbeing
