As an ISL community, “We celebrate our stories, worth, and purpose to make a difference in a shared world.”

25 April marks the Freedom Day Celebration [Día da Liberdade] in Portugal. Grade 6 student, Francisca, took the initiative to prepare a wonderful presentation about this day for her classmates in English class. Francisca taught us about when the revolution happened, what caused it and what it resulted in. What a great way to share and celebrate our stories together!
