What does 'peace' mean to you?

In Grade 3L, as part of our unit about conflict, the students explored the meaning of peace. They learnt about the lives of different peacemakers and wrote their own poems about peace. Our guest speaker- Mr Evangelos Raptis, shared his fascinating presentation about peace symbols around the world. In Art session, with support of Grade 4 students, the children had a go at creating origami paper cranes and different peace symbols using colour markers.
