Wellbeing lies at the heart of the student experience at ISL. We are a friendly, caring and welcoming community, which values every single member as an individual in their own right, providing a happy and safe environment in which our students can thrive.

Our experts in wellbeing provide students with the support they need to feel truly valued, confident in themselves, and in their own abilities.

We have a highly experienced team including our PYP Pastoral Leader as well as our class teachers who proactively nurture student wellbeing. Our programmes address the needs of students, encouraging their growth as confident, considerate and compassionate young adults.

At the International School of London, the uniqueness of each individual and the diversity of our community are celebrated. We invite you to see for yourself our nurturing and harmonious environment at ISL, where every student counts.

Home Language / Mother Tongue

The development of a student’s Home Language/Mother Tongue is key to their social and academic development, as well as maintaining links with family and ensuring a wide range of academic and economic future possibilities.

Residential Trips

From Grades 3-5, students at ISL take part in annual residential trips. Students participate in team building activities and bond with their peers through unique and memorable experiences. Excursions are also taken throughout the year to encourage learning in the real world.
